Description:

This concentration of study links government management and market operation, with a specific research focus on business-government relations, which are studied from the perspectives of political economy. The research not only pays attention to policy and strategy, but more importantly to the interaction among international and domestic political-economic forces. Business-government relations and the perspectives of political economy are important parts of the practices and theories of public administration. Students in this concentration are required to study basic knowledge and main theories of business-government relations on three levels, i.e. international, domestic and industry levels, and make academic contributions to a relevant research area.

 

Requirements:

(1) Course Requirements:

Two compulsory university courses

Two electives from the concentration

Two electives from the school

One elective from the university

(2) A Ph.D. Dissertation
